I definitely carry mine when I trail run or do long runs in the corntuy. It is just safer. As for races, I carry it then too. It is so much easier when you are finished to call your friends and family to meet up with them after, instead of searching through thousands of people or trying to find your meeting place when you are unfamiliar with the area. |
